Production of wooden carved sculptures

Our company uses the latest technology for the production of wooden and cast sculptures. Scanning of objects is provided with the use of 3D scanner ARTEC EVA. We scan human figures, animals and objects in cooperation with a scanner in Šamorín, which has a complex technology for 3D recording. These scanned models are then modified in our design studio and prepared for the CNC program. We select the wood from which they are made with great care, taking into account the final character of the work. We work with several types of wood. Oak, mahogany, cherry, exotic woods, which we join and glue together as needed. We then machine the prepared body on a 5-axis CNC and finish it by hand in an artistic and carving manner. This is followed by surface finishing by polishing, varnishing, patination, hand painting or graphics on wood.

Production of sculptures from composite material

Theatrical scenes, characters and scenes for amusement parks and department stores, interior backdrops

For these purposes, we make sculptures from polystyrene covered with a layer of laminate and other materials necessary to create the perfect effect. The finish gives these objects and sculptures an unmistakable character and creates the necessary atmosphere. Due to their ease of assembly and installation, these scenes are suitable for seasonal solutions, but also for permanent installations of a decorative type.

Scanning historical artifacts

After scanning the sculpture, we process its scans in a 3D program and adapt it for the production of the inversion mould in composite material or directly in wood by CNC machine. From the inversion moulds we then create casts in various materials such as artificial stone, artificial marble, plaster, resin materials. Our 3D library has extensive scanned museum elements, which we further incorporate and project into new designs and functional elements of the interior or exterior. At the same time, we preserve them for future generations. We create copies of elements of our cultural heritage. Many historical artifacts have to be kept in depositories due to damage, and thanks to our work they find a place again in publicly accessible spaces.
